Tender lamb cutlets get an extra kick of flavor with a Mediterranean sauce made from juicy tomatoes, hearty pieces of artichokes, extra virgin olive oil, Greek Calamata olives, tangy capers and a splash of Chablis wine.
Step 1: Heat one Tblsp of vegetable oil in a saute pan on medium high heat. Dip Lamb Cutlet slices in seasoned flour (salt and black pepper).
Step 2: Saute Lamb Cutlet slices on both sides until evenly browned (about 45 seconds each side).
Step 3: Pour Mediterranean Sauce packet over browned Lamb Cutlet slices and let simmer on medium heat for two to three minutes (turning Lamb Cutlet slices periodically) until completely heated. Remove from heat and serve.
